These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 798pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the 798pkr website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotional programmes, and any associated services (collectively, "the Services"). By accessing or using any part of the 798pkr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the 798pkr Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

798pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 798pkr may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) active 798pkr account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering a 798pkr account you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 798pkr login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's 798pkr account. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.

798pkr will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from 798pkr, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

All financial transactions on the 798pkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 798pkr does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. 798pkr accepts the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank transfers, Visa debit/credit cards, and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 798pkr balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Card deposits are typically instant subject to bank authorisation. 798pkr reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed in your account's cashier section.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 798pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds thresholds set for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

798pkr operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. Any deposits that cannot be matched to legitimate personal funds, or withdrawal patterns consistent with money laundering, will be escalated for investigation. 798pkr reserves the right to freeze account funds, suspend withdrawal processing, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notification to the account holder.

798pkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the following general bonus conditions which apply in all cases:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages for each game type are detailed in the individual promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a 798pkr account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement of a current bonus will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.

• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using bonus funds primarily on low-variance games to extract value, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

798pkr reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to participants as soon as reasonably practicable.

All bets placed and games played on the 798pkr platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, which are published within each game interface or betting section. The following general rules apply across all 798pkr gaming and betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except where 798pkr has specifically enabled a "cash out" or "bet edit" facility for a particular market.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game or betting transaction, 798pkr will determine the outcome using the best available records of the game state at the time of the error. The decision of 798pkr's technical team is final in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 798pkr platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one 798pkr account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during any identity verification process.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software or odds calculation to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format to gain an advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Engaging in "chip dumping," matched betting with the intention of circumventing bonus terms, or any strategy specifically designed to abuse promotional offers.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 798pkr staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other 798pkr users without authorisation.
• Using the platform in a manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.

All content on the 798pkr platform — including but not limited to the 798pkr brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 798pkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 798pkr.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 798pkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any ownership rights in the platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 798pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

798pkr does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While 798pkr takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous service availability, planned and unplanned maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances beyond 798pkr's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

In all cases, 798pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 798pkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

798pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its player community. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available at no cost to any registered player:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Changes reducing your limit take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic notifications during gaming sessions showing your session duration and net result.

798pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the account holder is confirmed to be under 21 years of age; (d) the account holder has provided false registration information; (e) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 798pkr.

In the event of termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), 798pkr may forfeit the entire account balance, including any deposited funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawals. Such forfeiture will be carried out in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and consumer protection obligations.

798pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a 798pkr player — we will notify you via the email address registered to your account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 798pkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally operated online gaming platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or waived by contract. Pakistani users retain all consumer protection rights afforded to them under applicable Pakistani consumer law.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through 798pkr's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body applicable to 798pkr's operating jurisdiction.
